dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada akademisyenlerin İş Doyumu ve Tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın evrenini A.İ.B.Ü.'ndeki Eğitim, Fen-Edebiyat, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültelerindeki akademisyenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma evren üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmada niceliksel yöntem kullanılmış ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen İş Doyumu Ölçeği ile Maslach Tükenmişlik ölçeği kullanılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to identify and examine the University academics' job satisfaction and burnout levels. The population of this study was 151 academics in A.İ.B.Ü. from the The Faculty of Education, The Faculties of Arts and Sciences, and The Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The questionnaires were used for this study was Job Satisfaction Index which developed by Cetinkanat and Maslach Burnout Inventory.en_US
