| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to analyze the adoptability and applicability of developmental supervision model from supervisors' and teachers' points of view. The sampling of this research covers 22 supervisors and 248 teachers. The data collecting scale consisted of 45 items. In analyzing the data, percent, T-test and two-way ANOVA methods were used. It was found that there are differences in the opinions of supervisors and teachers in general, but both groups accepted the model. © Saduman Kapusuzoglu, 2013. | en_US |
