Difficulties in diagnosing and planning treatment make this situation more complicated. Considering the serious consequences of this clinical picture, the patient should be evaluated well. After the diagnosis is confirmed, the excision of the graft with a serious antibiotherapy and the need to restore the revascularization, if necessary, may vary depending on the clinical picture. The aim of this article is to share our treatment strategy in a patient with recurrent graft occlusion and an infected graft.
