Quinolons have been used safely for TPB prophylaxis for many years. However, increasing resistance to quinolons, similar to many other antibiotics, may cause many problems in these patients too. In this paper, we present a patient with septic shock that developed after TPB despite to adequate and reliable oral siprofloxacin prophylaxis.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEscherichia coliProstate biopsyQuinolon resistanceSepsisEscherichia coli sepsis that developed after prostate needle biopsy in a patient under ciprofloxacin prophylaxisSiprofloksasin proflaksisi uygulanan bir olguda prostat i?ne biyopsisi sonrasi gelisen escherichia coli sepsisi]Article3234284292-s2.0-33751034536N/A
