On physical examination, a junctional melanocytic nevus was noted on the right cheek and a compound nevus on the abdomen with a surrounding zone of depigmentation (Figure). In addition to these nevi, we noticed that both of the nipples and areolae were white but were surrounded by normal areola remnant (Figure).
