Özellikle başlangıç durumu içerisinde konumlandırılan ancak toplumdan kopuk olduğu ileri sürülen soyut insan kavramı ve cehalet peçesinin araçsallığı üzerinde durulacak ve hakkaniyet olarak adalet kuramının metodolojik araçlarının soyutlama özelliği vurgulanacaktır. Güncel liberalizm tartışmaları içerisinde önemli bir yer tutan hakkaniyet olarak adalet önerisi siyaset ve felsefe ilişkisi açısından da ayrı bir önem taşımaktadır.In this article, John Rawls, the orginal situation and the veil of ignorance has given concepts answers the criticisms made towards these concepts will be discussed.
