Hispotalolojik olarak bazal hücreli karsinom tanısı alan olguda cerrahi sınırlar temizdi. Postoperatif dokuz aylık takipte nüks izlenmedi ve tatminkar bir kozmetik görünüm elde edildi.After excision of a tumor involving the medial canthus and lower eyelid the defect was reconstructed by pedunculated lower eyelid tarsoconjunctival rotation flap and free postauricular skin graft. Histopathologic examination revealed the diagrtosis of basal cell carcinoma and surgical borders were tumor-free.
