Materials and Methods: The prevalence of complicated ManCI root canal configurations and the prevalence of RE in ManFMs were investigated using cone beam computed tomography images of 534 patients. The correlation between complicated root canal configurations and the presence of RE was evaluated using multivariable logistic regression analysis. Results: RE was observed in 18.6% (199/1068) of ManFMs, and 22.8% (244/1068) of ManCIs had complicated root canal configurations. There was a positive correlation between complicated ManCI root canal configurations and the presence of RE (p<0.001, r=0.248).
