Although most are benign, both benign and malignant lesions may present with virilizing and Cushingoid features. We present two cases of adrenocortical tumor. The symptoms and signs at presentation were virilization. Cushingoid features, precocious puberty and hypertension. Both children underwent resection of the tumors.
