Tezin son bölümü tamamen orijinal olup hesaplamalarımızı içermektedir.In this thesis we calculate Reidemeister torsion of flag manifold K/T of compact semi-simple Lie group K = SU_{n+1} using Reidemeister torsion formula and Schubert calculus.
