Araştırmaya çeşitli illerde çalışan 39 erkek, 83 kadın toplam 112 özel eğitim öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri İhtiyaç Doyumu Ölçeği ve demografik bilgi formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde T-testi ve Mann-Whitney U Testi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizlere göre cinsiyet, yaş, meslekte çalışma yılı, çocuğu olup olmama ve idari görevin olup olmaması değişkenlerine göre özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin ihtiyaç doyumu düzeyi anlamlı olarak farklılaşmamaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda ortaya çıkan bulgulara dayanarak bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.The aim of this research is to examine need satisfaction levels of on special education teachers according to some demographic variables such as gender, age, years of study, having kid or not, having administrative duty or not. 39 male and 83 female, total 112 special education teachers who work in several cities in Turkey has been participated in this research. Data were collected with "Need Satisfaction Scale" and demographic information form. T-test and Mann-Whitney U Test techniques were used to analyze the data. According to the analysis, there is no significant difference on need satisfaction according to all of the variables.
