The research data were collected from 563 teachers working in primary schools in Duzce. Servant leadership behaviours of principals were measured with a servent organizational leadership assessment scale, and the teachers' organizational commitment was measured with an organizational commitment scale. This study reveals that there was a significant and positive relationship between servant leadership behaviours of principals and the teachers' commitment to school.
