Araştırmada anket formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programında çözümlenmiştir.Araştırma sonuçlarına bağlı olarak; öğretmenlik eğitimi gören öğrencilere ölçme ve değerlendirme tekniklerine ilişkin derslerde uygulamaya ağırlık verilemesi, hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetleriyle öğretmenlerin bu konudaki eksiklerinin giderilmesi ve okulların yapılan bu araştırma ile ilgili bilgilendirilmesi gereklidir.The purpose of this research, social studies teachers about assessment and evaluation practices in terms of several variables to determine their views.Research was performed with 35 Social Studies teachers in primary schools in the towns of Zonguldak including Ereğli in 2007/ 2008 education term.
