Myxomas rarely remain asymptomatic, especially if they are large. On the other hand, visualization of a myxoma by contrast dye during coronary angiography is an infrequent sign, which clarifies the vascular supply of the tumor. The present study reports a case of an asymptomatic giant left atrial myxoma, which was opacified by contrast dye on right coronary angiography.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAsymptomaticMyxomaCoronary ArteryAsymptomatic giant left atrial myxoma supplied from right coronary artery in a 65-year-old womanLetter10.1016/j.ijcard.2004.01.0451013495496159074212-s2.0-19344370744Q1WOS:000229554300023Q2
