Olgumuz literatürdeki erken (3 saat 15 dakika) spontan rezolüsyona uğrayan ASDH olgusularından birisidir.A 29-year-old man with right temporoparietal acute subdural hematoma (ASDH) after trauma in whom cranial computed tomographic scan demonstrated spontaneous resolution of the hematoma with clinical improvement in 3 hours is presented.
