The sampling of the study consists of 540 class and branch teachers assigned in 14 public elementary schools and 706 inspectors employed in 17 provinces. 4 sub-dimensions developed by the researchers and Artistic Inspection Model Scale consisting of 58 items are used as the data collection tools.
