Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel amacı, Türkiye'de fikri mülkiyet hakları korumasının, teknoloji edinimi, yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracatı ve ekonomik büyüme arasında nasıl bir ilişki olduğunu temel ekonomik göstergeler üzerinden ele alıp, rakip olduğu ülkelerle karşılaştırılarak farklı bir bakış açısı ortaya koymaktır.Intellectual property rights (IPR) are the rights granted on any economic goods, given to persons over the creations of their minds.
