Presented case had a chronic eczematous plagues consistent with chronic actinic dermatid. In addition, he had an uncommon lesion presented as vitiligo like depigmentation. Sesquiterpene lactone mix was positive in the standard patch test. Thus, we discussed the relationship between chronic actinic dermatitis and "compositae" dermatitis according to the result of this test.
