It also studies the similarities and differences of the kitchen materials. These figures are not often used any more but they have a great significance with respect to our cultural richness. Some materials used in the kitchen boilers (such as Persian and kuzu boilers), Persian plates, fa?fur (Ancient title of the Emperor of China: porcelain) and cutlers that were originally from İznik, Barak (name of Turkish tribe) tas (a deep cup of for drinking water), sini (tray), cezve (a kind of cup used for making coffee), satil (used for carrying water, a kind of bucked for liquids), maşrapa (a jug for ayran and water) and sefer tasi (a kind of cup used for carrying meals).
