dc.description.abstractYönetsel çalışma alanı veya disiplinleri içerisinde yer alan araştırmacıların yönetimin tarihsel kodlarından bütünüyle kendilerini ayıramadıkları hatta son dönemde artan bir biçimde geçmişin izlerine odaklanmaya yöneldikleri dikkat çekmektedir. Geçmişin yönetimine veya yönetimin geçmişine yönelik bu artan ilgi genellikle iki nedene dayanmaktadır. Bunlardan birincisi yönetim geleneği veya pratiğini, daha sağlam ve köklü olduğuna vurgu yapabilmek için merkeze alır. İkincisi ise özellikle benzer tarihsel aşamalardan geçmiş, aynı coğrafyalarda yaşamış olan toplumlara ait tarihsel kodların, bu toplumların bugününü anlamada da referans teşkil edebilecek bir zenginliğe sahip olduğu düşüncesidir. Hangi sebeple olursa olsun tarihsel temelli yönetsel araştırmaların zengin bir çalışma alanı sundukları aşikârdır. Bu alan özellikle kadim dönem toplumları için daha bakir ve ilgi çekicidir. İşte bu çalışma bugünün yönetsel gerçekliğinin, onu inşa eden, biçimlendiren ve geliştiren tarihsel birikimden bağımsız olamayacağı saikine dayanmaktadır. Bu düşünceden hareketle Anadolu’nun kadim medeniyetlerinden biri olarak Hitit toplumunun yönetim anlayışı inceleme konusu yapılmıştır. Çalışmada iktisadi ve toplumsal motiflerden hareketle Hitit toplumunun yönetsel açıdan dikkat çeken yönleri ön plana çıkarılmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is remarkable that the researchers in the field of administrative sciences or disciplines are not able to fully distinguish themselves from the historical codes of the administration. In addition, they have been increasingly inclined to focus on the traces of the past in the recent period. This growing interest in the administration of the history or the history of administration usually arises from two causes. The first one grounds on the emphasis that administration tradition or practice is more robust and rooted. The second is the view that historical codes of the societies that have passed through similar historical stages and have lived in the same geographies have a wealth that can serve as a reference for understanding the present of these societies. It is obvious that historical-based administrative research offers an enriched field of study. This field is untouched and interesting, especially for ancient societies. In this sense, this study is based on the fact that today's administrative reality cannot be independent of the historical accumulation that constructs, shapes and develops it. From this point of view, the administrative approach of the Hittite society was examined as one of the ancient civilizations of Anatolia. In this study, remarkable administrative aspects of Hittite civilization are emphasized with reference to economic and social motives.en_US
