dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin eleştirel düşünme gücü ile anne babanın öğrenim durumu ve ailenin aylık geliri arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. 2000 ortaöğretim öğrencisine Watson-Glaser Eleştirel Akıl Yürütme Gücü Testi (Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal Test) uygulanmıştır. Anne-babanm öğrenim durumuyla öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme güçleri arasında paralel bir ilişki olduğu, anneleri lise ve yüksek öğretim mezunu olan öğrencilerle babalan lise ve yüksek öğretim mezunu olan öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme gücünün diğer öğrencilerden önemli derecede farklılaştığı ve orta gelir grubundaki öğrencilerin düşük gelir grubundaki öğrencilere göre daha yüksek eleştirel düşünme gücüne sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between the high school students' critical thinking ability and their parents' educational background and income.. Watson -Glasser Critical Thinking Appraisal Test was applied to 2000 high school students. It was concluded that there was a parallel relationship between the educational backgorund of parents and the critical thinking ability, there was a meaningful difference in the students' critical thinking ability whose mothers or fathers finished high school or university according to the others. Besides this, the middle income level groups of students had a higher critical thinking ability than the low income level groups of students.en_US
