Özet
Türkiye’de Adalet Bakanlığına bağlı çalışan Aile Mahkemelerinde 2004 yılından itibaren psikolog, pedagog ve sosyal hizmet uzmanları görev yapmaktadır. Aile mahkemeler inde çalışan uzmanlar göreve başladıkları tarihten günümüze kadar üç kez hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetinden faydalanmışlardır. Bu araştırma, Aile Ma h kemesi uzmanlarının hizmet içi eğitim ihtiyaçlarını nitel bakış açısından ele almaktadır. Araştırma sürecinde farklı illerde bulunan Aile Mahkemelerinde görev yapan 9 Aile Mahkemesi uzmanının görüşüne başvurulmuş, elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, katılımcılar bugüne kadar yapılan hizmetiçi eğitimlerin sayısını, süresini ve içeriğini yetersiz bulmakta; göreve yeni başlayanların eğitimi, velayet, boşanma, alanla ilgili gelişmeler ve görüşme teknikleri gibi konularda eğitim ihtiyacı duymaktadırlar.
In Turkey, since 2004, psychologists, pedagogues and social workers are employed in Family Courts working under the Ministry of Justice. S ocial workers employed in the family courts -on the average- took 3 in -house training seminars until today beginning from the date of employment. This research is aiming to bring a qualitative point of view to the in -house training seminar needs of the Fam ily Court social workers . During the r esearch, 9 experts employed in different cities were contacted and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively . According to the survey , the participants not only declared that concerning the in house training semina rs completed so far, the number/duration/content of the seminars were insufficient, but also mentioned that the newcomers do need start -up training about child custody, divorce, developments in their field and interview techniques .
