MUSTAFAKEMALPAŞA (BURSA) YÖRESİNDE YETİŞTİRİLEN BAZI ŞEFTALİ (Prunus persica L.) ÇEŞİTLERİNİN POMOLOJİK VE KİMYASAL ÖZELLİKLERİ

Özet
Bu çalışma; Mustafakemalpaşa (Bursa) yöresinde yoğun olarak yetiştiriciliği yapılan standart şeftali çeşitleri (Royal Glory, Cardinal, Early Red, Dixired, Şentürk, Glohaven, Redhaven, R10, Cresthaven, Takunya) ve şeftali genotipine (Çöğür) ait meyvelerin pomolojik ve kimyasal özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Yapılan araştırmada iki yıl boyunca incelenen çeşit ve genotipin ortalama meyve ağırlığı 71.80-217.63 g, meyve kabuk kalınlığı 48.26-74.08 mm, meyve genişliği 49.74-72.65 mm, meyve yüksekliği 52.68-71.28 mm, meyve çekirdek ağırlığı 4.20-11.72 g ve meyve eti sertliği ise 4.94-21.92 kg/cm² arasında tespit edilmiştir. Çeşit ve genotipe ait kimyasal özelliklerden SÇKM %5.95-12.65, asitlik 0.37-0.89 ve pH içerikleri ise 3.84-4.80 arasında belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada, Dixired, Glohaven, R10, Redhaven ve Takunya çeşitleri meyve tadı bakımından tatlı olarak belirlenirken meyve kalitesi bakımından ise Royal Glory ve Şentürk en kaliteli çeşitler olarak tespit edilmiştir.
This study aimed to determine the pomological and chemical properties of fruits, in peach cultivars (Royal Glory, Cardinal, Early Red, Dixired, Şentürk, Glohaven, Redhaven, R10, Cresthaven, Takunya) and genotypes (Wild peach) intensively cultivated in Mustafakemalpaşa (Bursa) region. In the study, average of fruit weight ranged between 71.80±4.2-217.63±4.19 g, average of fruit shell thickness ranged between 48.26±0.98-74.08±0.83 mm, average fruit width ranged between 49.74±1.43-72.65±0.57 mm, average fruit height ranged between 52.68±1.56-71.28±1.26 mm, average fruit seed weight ranged between 4.20±0.35-11.72±0.93 g and average fruit firmness also ranged between 4.94±0.23-21.92±7.48 kg/cm². The chemical properties of the studied varieties and genotype have been identified. SÇKM, TTS and pH contents were ranged from 5.95 to 12.65%, from 0.37 to 0.89 and from 3.84 to 4.80 respectively. In the study, Dixired, Glohaven, R10, Redhaven and Takunya varieties of sweet fruit taste as determining the terms of Royal Glory and Senturk has been identified as the highest quality varieties.
