dc.description.abstractYoğun bakım gibi özel bakım ya da uzmanlık gerektiren ünitelerdeki hemşirelik bakım hizmetleri, oryantasyon ve hizmetiçi eğitim programlarının uygulanmasını ve sürekliliğini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Bolu Sağlık Yüksekokulu‘nda kardiyoloji hemşireliği alanında uzman bir hemşire öğretim üyesi tarafından İzzet Baysal Bolu Devlet Hastanesi kardiyoloji hemşirelerine 11 ay süre ve haftada iki saat olarak uygulanan bir hizmetiçi eğitim programına ilişkin katılımcıların görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla planlanmıştır. Hemşirelerin hizmetiçi eğitim programına ilişkin görüşleri, bir hizmetiçi eğitim programında etkinliği değerlendirilerek geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan bir ölçek aracılığıyla ve yüz yüze görüşme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Görüşme ve geri bildirim yöntemiyle hemşirelerin gereksinimleri ve istekleri doğrultusunda kardiyoloji hemşireliğine özgü hazırlanan, alanında uzman bir öğretim üyesi tarafından gerçekleştirilen ve sürekliliği olan bu hizmetiçi eğitim programını, ölçekte yer alan öğretim elemanı, organizasyon, planlanması ve değerlendirmeye yönelik ifadeleri hemşireler “kesinlikle katılıyorum” ve “katılıyorum” seçeneklerini işaretleyerek genelde olumlu bulduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Hemşirelik hizmetlerinde uygulama ve eğitimin birbirini tamamladığı ve en üst düzeyde yararlanım sağlandığı bu hizmetiçi eğitim modelinin, uygulanabilir olduğu bu çalışma ile ortaya konmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractNursing care services in units such as intensive care, special care or specialization needed care make application and continuity of orientation and program of in-service education necessary. The aim of this study is to identify the opinions of participants about the in-service education. This study carried out by an expert nurse who is from Abant İzzet Baysal University, Bolu Health Higher School and had been applied to cardiology nurses of İzzet Baysal Bolu Government Hospital two hours in a week for 11 months. The opinions of nurses about program of in-service education were determined by using a scale which is valid reliable and evaluated in a program in-service education an by face to face interview. The cardiology nurses explained about lecturer, organization, and planning and evaluations of those and they showed what they found, in general as positive choises by marking that “I certainly agree” and “I agree” in this continuous program of in-service education. This program of in-service education, which is continuous, was designed up on the needs and requests of nurses and was unique to cardiology nurses. This model was performed by a expert lecturer. As a conclusion, it has been found that this program in-service education model supports the application and in-services education of nursing. We can get a high profit out of it and it can be applicable.en_US
