Özet
Anadolu'nun farklı medeniyetlere ev sahipliği yapması, önemli ticaret ve göç yollarının üzerinde bulunması çok zengin genetik kaynağa sahip olmasını sağlamıştır. Ceviz yetiştiriciliği, Türkiye'nin tarımsal ekonomisinde önemli bir yer işgal ettiği halde, standart çeşitlerle tesis edilen kapama bahçeler ancak son yıllarda kurulmuştur. Devamlı tohumla çoğaltma yoluyla memleketimizin hemen her bölgesinde farklı genetik yapılara sahip geniş bir ceviz popülasyonu meydana gelmiş ve bu sayede oluşan geniş varyasyon üstün özellikli tiplerin seleksiyonuna imkân sağlamıştır. Bu çalışma Karadeniz Bölgesi ceviz üretiminde büyük paya sahip olan Artvin il merkez ilçede yetişen cevizlerin meyve özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada 127 ceviz genotipinden alınan meyve örnekleri fiziksel özellikler açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada; ağacın güneşlenme durumu, ağacın sulanma durumu, ağacın yaşı, taç genişliği, salkımda meyve sayısı gibi meyve harici özelliklerin yanı sıra kabuk rengi, kabuk pürüzlülüğü, meyve ve iç ağırlık (g), randıman (% iç oranı), kabuk kalınlığı, içte büzüşme, iç rengi, iç çürüklüğü, damarlılık, meyve şekli, iç dolgunluğu gibi meyve özellikleri incelenmiştir
FRUIT CHARACHTERIZATIONS OF ARTVIN PROVINCE WALNUTS Our country has become a very rich genetic resource due to its hosting of civilizations and its presence on major trade and migration routes. Although walnut farming has occupied an important place in Turkey’s agricultural economy, closed gardens established with standard varieties have only been established in recent years. Through continuous seed propagation, a large walnut population with different genetic constructs in almost every region of our country has come to the fore, and the wide variation on this count allows for the selection of highly featured species. This study was carried out in order to determine the walnut trees which gives fruit of superior character in the province of Artvin which has a great share in the production of walnut in the Black Sea Region. In this study, fruit characteristics from 127 walnut types were evaluated physically. In this study; fruit characteristics like shell thickness, fruit roughness, internal weight (g), yield (% internal ratio), inner color, inner rot, vainness, fruit shape, inner filling crustal thickness, internal shrinkage, shrinkage, as well as non–fruit characteristics such as tree sunbathing, tree watering statu, age of tree, crown width were evaluated
