Özet
Araştırma 2011 yılında Konya ili Beyşehir ilçesi Kurucuova kasabasında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, tamamı tohumdan yetişmiş ve düzenli olarak bakımı yapılan 700'ün üzerinde ceviz ağacı tek tek dolaşılarak 130 ceviz ağacından meyve örnekleri alınmış ve bunlar laboratuvarda incelenmiştir. Değerlendirilen 130 ceviz genotipinde meyve ağırlığı 3.98 gr-18.81 g, iç ağırlığı 1.95 g-9.08 g, iç oranı %24.65-%74.41, kabuk kalınlığı 0.14 mm-2.10 mm arasında değiştiği görülmüştür. Tartılı derecelendirme metodu sonuçlarına göre 10 genotip ümitvar olarak seçilmiş ve ümitvar genotiplerin meyve ağırlığı 8.17-18.81 g, iç ağırlığı 4.66-6.42 g, randıman %30.30-74.41, kabuk kalınlığı 0.14-1.65 mm arasında olduğu belirlenmiştir
The research was carried out in 2011 in the town of Kurucuova, Beyşehir district of Konya province. In the study, more than 700 walnut trees, all grown from the seed and maintained regularly, were circulated one by one and fruit samples of 130 walnut trees were taken and examined in the laboratory. In the 130 walnut genotypes evaluated, fruit weight was found to be 3.98 gr–18.81 g, internal weight 1.95 g–9.08 g, internal ratio 24.65– 74.41% and crustal thickness 0.14 mm–2.10 mm. Ten genotypes were selected as promising according to the results of the graded grading method and it was determined that the promising genotypes had fruit weight of 8.17–18.81 g, internal weight of 4.66–6.42 g, yield of 30.30–74.41% and crustal thickness of 0.14–1.65 mm.
