Özet

A25-year-old male patient who presented with a complaint of a foreign body coming out from his nasal skin for about 2 months was admitted to our clinic. Examination of the patient revealed a tender, nylon sutured cartilaginous tissue extruding with surrounding erythematous halo (Fig 1). The patient had a history of septorhinoplastic surgery performed in another center 2 years earlier. He was also informed that a piece of his own septal cartilage was used in the operation for augmentation by the plastic surgeon who performed the surgery.
