We evaluated the diagnosis and follow-up of a pregnancy associated central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) case with optical coherence tomography (OCT). A 30 years old patient who was in her 32nd week of pregnancy was referred to our clinic with the complaint of reduced visual acuity in her left eye. OCT scans revealed normal architecture in her right eye and serous neurosensorial retinal detachment combined with pigment epithelium detachment (PED) in her left eye. Follow up OCT images after delivery revealed reattachment of serous neurosensorial retinal detachment and the PED. Pregnancy associated CSCR has a favourable prognosis and may resolve following delivery without any intervention.
