dc.description.abstractHadis ilminin amacı, Hz. Peygamber'e nispet edilen rivayetlerin mümkün olduğu kadar muhafazası olmuştur. Bu nedenle muhaddisler, eserlerinde sahîh ve hasen hadislerin yanı sıra zayıf rivayetlere de yer vermişlerdir. Başlangıçta tevakkuf etmek amacıyla yazılan zayıf hadisler, ilerleyen süreçte bu hadislerden za'fı şiddetli olmayanlarının birbirlerini takviye etmeleri halinde kuvvet bulacağı gerekçesiyle rivayet ağları içerisine dâhil edilmişlerdir. "Âlimler, Peygamberlerin vârisleridir" ibaresinin yer aldığı hadis de bu gerekçelerle hasen sayılmış, hatta bazıları tarafından sahîh kabul edilmiştir. İşte bu makale, söz konusu hadisin tarîklerinin çoğalması veya manasının desteklenmesi sonucunda sahîh mertebesine yükselip yükselemeyeceğini vuzuha kavuşturmak amacıyla kaleme alınmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the science of hadith has been the conservation of the narrations ascribed to the prophet as far as possible. Therefore, Muhaddiths, have given place to the authentic (sahîh) and accaptable/good (hasan) hadiths along with weak narrations in their scripts. At the beginning, The weak hadiths that were written with the aim of stopping (tevakkuf) have been later included into the narration network in case the ones that did not have strong deficiencies could reinforce each other and become more sound. The hadith that contaıns the expressıon of "The Scholars are the heirs of prophets" was ranked as “hasan”, furthermore was accepted as “sahîh” by some scholars. This article has been written to articulate whether this hadith can be made sound due to the proliferation of its chains of transmitters (tariqs) or the reinforcement of its meaning.en_US
