dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, ilk ve orta öğretim okulu müdürlerinin yönetsel stres kaynaklarını belirleyebilmektir. Araştırma evrenini, 2001-2002 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul İli Üsküdar İlçesi Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı ilk ve ortaöğretim okulu müdürleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma amacına uygun hazırlanan 44 soruluk ölçek, evrenin tamamına uygulanarak elde edilen veriler frekans ve yüzde dağılımına uygun olarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma ile, okul yöneticilerinin karşılaştıkları yönetsel stresin ağırlıklı olarak; siyasal karışma ve baskılar, yetersiz iş gören sayısı ve niteliği, araç-gerec, yetersizliği, aşırı iş yükü, aile ve sosyal yaşama zaman ayıramamak, kendini geliştirme imkanının yetersizliği ve aşırı yazışmalardan kaynaklandığı sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to identify the primary and secondary schools' principals administrative stress sources. The subjects of this study were the primary and secondary schools' principals in the area of Üsküdar in Istanbul during 2001-2002 academic year. During the study the questionnaire, which has got 44 questions, were given to the primary and secondary schools' principals. Also the frequencies and the parentages of each item in the questionnaire were calculated. The results of this study indicated the followings as; the school principals' administrative stress, political issues and pressures, less number of the personnel. And their qualification, less number of equipment, outer workload, spendingless time for him/herself and his/her family, having less opportunities to develop him/herself professional and high degrees of bureaucracy at work.en_US
