Yüzey Tabaka Yonga Oranının Yonga Levha Özelliklerine Etkisi

Özet
Bu araştırmada, yonga levha üretiminde ürün kalitesini ve maliyeti etkileyen faktörlerden biri olan, yüzey (üst-alt) tabaka yonga oranlarının levha özellikleri üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Test örnekleri Yıldız Entegre Mudurnu tesisinde üretim hattı kullanılarak üretilmiştir. Çalışmada üretilen 3 katlı yonga levhalarda üst-alt yüzey tabaka yonga oranları birinci gurup deney levhaları için % 18,5-18, ikinci gurupta % 18-17,5, üçüncü gurupta % 17,5-17 ve dördüncü gurupta ise % 17-16,5 olacak şekilde seçilmiştir. Üretilen deney levhalarının fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri, ilgili standartlara göre belirlenerek değerlendirilmiştir. Testler Yıldız Entegre Mudurnu tesislerinde bulunan laboratuvarlarda yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre su alma ve kalınlığına şişme değerleri ile vida tutma direncinin yüzey tabaka kalınlığına bağlı olarak diğer özelliklerden daha fazla etkilendiği ve en uygun % 18,5-18 alt-üst tabaka oranına sahip levhalarda olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer özelliklerin ise anlamlı olarak değişmediği tespit edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla, yonga levha kullanım alanları dikkate alınarak üretim şartlarının revize edilebileceği kanaatine varılmıştır. Rutubetli ortamlar için üretilecek yonga levhaların yüzey yonga kullanım oranının daha yüksek, kuru şartlarda genel amaçlı levha üretimleri için yüzey tabaka kalınlıklarının daha düşük tutulabileceği belirlenmiştir
Particleboard industry is one of the most important sectors in Turkey. Significant studies were carried out in this sector as to make balance in quality and cost of production. In this study, we aimed to investigate mechanical and physical resistance of particle boards which have different surface layer material proportions that is important in that it can affect production quality and cost of manufacturing process directly. Test samples were produced in Yıldız Entegre Mudurnu factory. In this study, four-test groups were produced according to their weight proportions. Surface layer material proportions were used in test samples based on weight proportions in as %18,518(1st group), %18-17,5(2nd group), %17,5-17(3rd group) and%17-16,5(4th group) respectively. Test samples, which are 1m length and 2,1m width, were taken during process at the sawing station then those were conditioned for 24 hour at the room temperature. Test samples were sanded after they conditioned. After samples calibrated at sanding station they were cut by means of diagonal saw. Laboratory tests were conducted in Yıldız Entegre Mudurnu Factory. In the screw withdrawal test, the best result was obtained from %18,5-18 surface layer proportion. In the other mechanical tests no meaningful results were obtained. On the other hand, in the density test no significant difference was determined. But the best results in the swelling test and water intake test were taken out of %18,5-18 test samples. According to the results of this study it can be said that if manufacturers want to sell their products to clients who use particle board for indoors, they can use surface layer material quantity at %1716,5 level
