dc.description.abstractAraştırmada, özel eğitim okulunda çalışan öğretmenlerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) seminerine ve sonrasında gerçekleştirilen uygulamalara yönelik görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını, özel eğitim okulunda çalışan araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Dokuz ile 18 dakika arasında süren görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda; özel eğitim okulunda görev yapan öğretmenler yapılan seminerin, öğretmenler, idareciler ve öğrenciler açısından yararlı olduğuna yönelik görüş bildirmişlerdir. Özel eğitim okulunda seminer yapılmadan önce yangın tatbikatlarının yapıldığı, pencerelere önlem alındığı ve elektrik prizlerinin plastik aparatla kapatıldığı bulgulanmıştır. Özel eğitim okulunda çalışan öğretmenler, okullarında İSG’ye yönelik yapılan uygulamaları yeterli bulmadıkları ve uygulamalara herhangi bir katkı sunmadıkları yönünde görüş bildirmişlerdir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn study, it was aimed to determine the opinions of teachers working in special education schools about the occupational health and safety (OHS) seminar and practices at the end of the seminar. The study group consisted of teachers who work special education who participated in the study voluntarily.The research was designed according to the qualitative research design and the data were collected by semi-structured interview technique. The interviews lasted between 18 minutes to nine. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the research, the teachers working in the special education school stated that the seminar on OHS in the school was beneficial for teachers, administrators and students. It was found that fire drills were done, windows were prevented and electrical outlets were closed with plastic apparatus before the seminar was held in the special education school. Teachers working in the special education school stated that they did not find adequate the applications to OHS in their schools and did not make any contribution to the practices.en_US
