dc.description.abstractYonga levha ve MDF endüstrisi ülkemizde mobilya sanayisine hammadde sağlayan temel endüstri kolları arasında yer almaktadır. Masif malzemelere göre maliyetlerinin daha düşük ve tedariğinin kolay olması ülkemizde mobilya-dekorasyon atölyelerinin mobilya üretiminde yonga levha ve MDF’ye yönelmelerini sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Bolu-Merkez ve Mudurnu’da faaliyet gösteren 20 adet küçük ve orta büyüklükteki mobilya-dekorasyon firması değerlendirilerek nitel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat yöntemi kullanılmış, mülakat sonrası dokümanlara içerik analizi uygulanmıştır. İçerik analizi sonucu levha kaynaklı ve sosyo-ekonomik sorunlardan en çok karşılaşılanlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Levha kaynaklı sorunlar içerisinde yoğunluk, boyutsal değişim ve yüzey sorunları dikkat çekerken, sosyo-ekonomik sorunlar içerisinde fiyatlar ve tedarikçiler ön plana çıkmıştır. Mobilya üreticisi firmalar levhalarda en çok yoğunlukların düşük, fiyatların yüksek olmasından şikâyetçi olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Firmaların bayilere bağımlı oldukları, levha tercihi konusunda bayilerin kendilerine sunduklarının dışına çıkamadıkları görüşmeler sonucunda tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca şikâyetlerinin bayilerce ciddiye alınmadığı, sorunlarının çözümü konusunda umutsuz oldukları sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe particle board and MDF industry has become the main industry in our country providing raw materials to the furniture industry. Due to lower cost and easier to supply than solid materials, furniture manufacturers in our country have started to use chipboard and MDF for furniture production. In this study, a qualitative research method was conducted by discussing 20 small and medium sized furniture and decoration firms in Bolu and Mudurnu province. In the research, semi-structured interview method was used and content analysis was applied to the documents after the interview. As a result of the content analysis, the most common plate-based and socio-economic problems were emphasized. Density, dimensional change and surface problems were noteworthy among board-related problems, while prices and suppliers came to the forefront among socio-economic problems. Furniture manufacturers have stated that they are mostly complaining about low densities and high prices. It has been determined that the firms are dependent on the dealers and that they cannot go beyond what the dealers offer to them about the plate preference. Moreover, it was concluded that the complaints were not taken seriously by the dealers and that they were desperate about the solution of their problems.en_US
