Pelvik Organ Prolapsuslu kadınlarda farklı fizyoterapi yöntemlerinin etkinliği

Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışma, evre 1 ve 2 pelvik organ prolapsusu olan kadın- larda pelvik taban kas eğitimi, stabilizasyon egzersizleri ve elekt-romyografik biofeedback eğitiminin etkinliğinin karşılaştırılmasını amaçladı. Yöntem: 55 pelvik organ prolapsuslu kadının, pelvik taban kas kuv-veti elektromyografi ile prolapsus şiddeti pelvik organ prolapsus sı-nıflama sistemi ile yaşam kalitesi ise prolapsus yaşam kalitesi ölçeği ile değerlendirildi. Kadınlar; pelvik taban kas eğitimi, stabilizasyon egzersizi ve elektromyografik biofeedback grupları olmak üzere üç gruba ayrıldı. Bulgular: Pelvik taban kas kuvvetinin üç grupta arttığı, fakat kas kuvvetindeki en iyi artışın elektromyografik biofeedback grubunda olduğu saptandı. Üç gruptaki kadınların prolapsus yaşam kalitesi ölçeği prolapsusun etkisi alt parametresinde; elektromyografik bi-ofeedback eğitim ve stabilizasyon egzersiz grubundaki kadınların genel sağlık algısı alt parametresinde olumlu yönde fark saptandı. Sonuç: Bu çalışma ile pelvik organ prolapsuslu kadınlara uygula- nan tedavilerin pelvik taban kas kuvvetini artırdığı, prolapsus evre-lerinde gerileme sağladığı ve prolapsus tedavisinde üç eğitim prog-ramının da kendine özgü avantajlarından dolayı kullanılabileceği tespit edildi.
Aim: This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle training, stabilization exercises and electromyographic bi- ofeedback training on women with stage 1 and 2 pelvic organ pro- lapse. Methods: Totally on 55 women with pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor muscles were evaluated with electromyography, and prolapse with pelvic organ prolapse quantification system, and the quality of life with prolapse quality of life questionnaire; afterward, the sub- jects were divided into three groups; pelvic floor muscle training group, stabilization exercise group and electromyographic biofeed- back group. Results: An increase was found in the pelvic muscle activation response of the 3 groups. When the groups were compared, it was observed that the greater increase was in the electromyographic biofeedback group. According to the prolapse quality of life ques- tionnaire, a positive difference was found in the effect of prolapse subparameter in each of the three groups, and in general health per- ception subparameter in subjects of electromyographic biofeedback, and stabilization exercise groups. Conclusion: It was concluded that the three training programs inc- reased the pelvic floor muscle strength, provided a decline in pro- lapse stages, and they all could be used because of their distinctive advantages.
