Özet
Çalışmada kullanılan badem meyveleri Manisa ili Kula ilçesinde bir üretici bahçesinden aşısız bir genotipten temin edilmiştir. Çöğür eldesi için 40 tohum ekilmiş, deneme 5 tekerrürlü ve her tekerrürde 8 tohum olacak şekilde planlanmıştır. 24.02.2015 tarihinde ağaç talaşı içinde katlama yapılan badem tohumları, 17.04.2015 tarihinde köklendirme masalarına ekilmiştir. 20.05.2015 tarihinde köklendirme masaları üzerine net gölgelik takılmış, haftada 2 kere sulama yapılmış, köklendirme süresince 2 kere mancozeb %80 ve chlorpyrifos-ethyl verilmiştir. Bu süre zarfında çöğürlere birer kere CAN %26’lık (Kalsiyum, Amonyum, Nitrat) uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca, çöğürlere Innofert 20-20-20 TE Bor (B), Bakır (Cu), Demir (Fe), Mangan (Mn), Molibden (Mo), Çinko (Zn), mikro besin maddeleri uygulanmış, köklenmiş bitkiler 01.03.2016 tarihinde köklendirme masalarından çıkartılarak ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Çöğür gövde çapları toprak seviyesinden 2 cm yukarıdan ölçülmüştür. Kazık kökleri sayılarak gruplandırma yapılmış, saçak kök sayısı 5 adet altı az, 6-10 arası orta, 11 yukarısı çok olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Badem çöğürleri, katlamadan itibaren geçen bir yılsonunda aşılanabilecek olgunluğa ulaşmıştır.
Almond fruits used in the study were obtained from a non-grafted genotype from a producer garden in Kula district of Manisa province. 40 seeds were sown to obtain seedling, the experiment was planned with 5 replicates and 8 seeds per repetition. Almond seeds folded in wood shavings on 24.02.2015 were planted on rooting tables on 17.04.2015. On 20.05.2015 canopy was placed on rooting tables, irrigation was done twice a week, mancozeb 80% and chlorpyrifos-ethyl were given 2 times during rooting. During this period, CAN 26% (Calcium, Ammonium, Nitrate) was applied to the seedlings once. In addition, Innofert 20-20-20 TE Boron (B), Copper (Cu), Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), Molybdenum (Mo), Zinc (Zn), micronutrients were applied to the seedlings and the rooted of plants were removed from rooting tables on 01.03.2016 and their measurements were made. Seedling body diameters were measured 2 cm above ground level. Tap roots are grouped by counting, the number of eaves under 5 is few, 6-10 is medium and more than 11 are evaluated as many. Almond seedlings have reached maturity, which can be grafted at the end of a year since folding.
