Özet
Bu derleme, erken çocukluk dönemi cinsel istismarının psikodinamik yaklaşıma dayanan oyun terapisi yöntemiyle teşhisi ve sağaltımını ele almaktadır. Sağaltım yöntemi olarak, Hughes ve Baker (1990) tarafından önerilen beş aşamalı psikodinamik oyun terapisi incelenmiştir. Bu aşamalar; 1) ilk görüşme, 2) güven ilişkisinin kurulması, 3) oyun görüşmesi, 4) çocukların tepkilerini paylaşmak ve 5) hayatta kalma, iyileşme ve sonlandırmadan oluşmaktadır. Önerilen psikodinamik oyun sürecine dayalı sağaltım, Axline (1969)’ın oyun terapisi metoduyla bütünleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Oyun terapisinde kullanılabilecek test ve değerlendirme metotları, oyun terapisinin sınırlılıklarını ve cinsel istimrara maruz kalan çocuklarla çalışanların karşılaştığı sorunlar, alanda son yıllarda yapılan diğer bilimsel bulgularla desteklenerek tartışılmıştır.
The purpose of this review is to investigate the usage and effectiveness of psychodynamic oriented play therapy on sexually abused pre school children. The five stage psychodynamic play therapy, developed by Hughes and Baker (1990), was offered as the treatment and intervention methods. Those stages are, 1) First interview, 2) Establishing a trust relationship, 3) Play interview, 4) Sharing children reactions, and 5) Surviving, treatment, and termination. Psychodynamic play therapy was integrated with Virginia Axline (1969)’s play therapy methods and also other literature was utilized to support this method and its’ stages. Additionally, testing and assessment procedures of play therapy, the limitation of play therapy, and the problems faced by counselor were reviewed and discussed in lights of the current literature findings.
