dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Marsh (1987) tarafından geliştirilen, 18 – 26 yaş aralığındaki bireylerin öz kavramını belirlemeye yönelik olan, Öz Kavram Envanteri – III‘ten seçilen boyutlarla oluşturulan ve 6 alt boyut ve 62 madde içeren Akademik ve Genel Benlik Algısı Envanteri‘nin psikometrik özelliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Süreçte, öncelikle çeviriler yapılmış ve 26 üniversiteden 1945 öğrenciye envanter uygulanmıştır. Uygulamalar araştırmacı tarafından bizzat ve internet yoluyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulama sürecinden sonra, öncelikle maksimum benzerlik temelli beklenti maksimizasyonu yöntemi ile kayıp veriler tamamlanmıştır. iki aşamalı olarak planlanan analiz sürecinde envanterin güvenirlik katsayıları hesaplanmış, açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi gerçekleştirilerek sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. ilk aşamada yapılan doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre model uyumunun düşük, ikinci analiz aşamasında veri setinde yapılan değişikliklerle uyumunun yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, an investigation of the psychometric properties of the Academic and General Self Inventory, which is formed of Marsh‘s 1987 the Self-description Questionnaire-III designed to determine the self-concepts of late adolescents between the ages 18-26 and which consists of 6 sub-dimensions and 62 items, was done. In the process, firstly translations were carried out, and the inventory was administered to 1945 students in 26 universities. The administration of the questionnaires were carried out by the researchers themselves and via the internet. After the administration process, firstly missing data were completed by using the ―expectation maximization‖ method. In the data analysis process which was planned to have two levels, reliability coefficients of the inventory were calculated, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were performed, and the results were interpreted. The results showed that based on the results of the confirmatory factor analysis done at the first level, the conformity of the model was low but it was high at the second level, following the changes made on the data set.en_US
