Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, "yönetimde özdenetim" kavramını teorik ve uygulamalı olarak analiz etmektir. Bu amaçla, Bolu'daki ilköğretim okullarında görevli yöneticilerin özellikleri (69 yönetici) 6 boyut açısından (kendini nasıl gördüğü, çalışmayı istediği iş tipi, toplantı düzenlemedeki yeterliliği, girişimciliği ve öğrenme metodları) Margereson tarafından geliştirilen endeksler yoluyla belirlendi ve bulgular istatistiksel işlemler (korelasyon, iki örnekli bağımlı t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, Tukey ve Scheffe) yoluyla analiz edildi. Araştırmanın bulguları, yöneticilerin kendilerini "güçlü" ve "sosyal" olarak algıladıklarını, "kontrollü" ve "keşfedici" bir işte çalışmak istediklerini, toplantı düzenlemede sosyal becerilerden çok teknik becerilere sahip olduklarını, girişimcilik becerilerine sahip olduklarını, sağlık ve motivasyon faktörlerinden etkilendiklerini ve "tecrübe" ve "eğitimin" öğrenme metodları olduğunu gösterdi. Araştırmanın sonunda, araştırmacılara ve uygulayıcılara yönelik öneriler sunuldu.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of "self evaluation in administration" theoretically and practically. For this purpose, the opinions of Primary School Administrators (N=69) working in Bolu were determined in terms of six aspects (self-perception, type of work preferred, efficiency in meeting-holding, entrepreneurship skills and learning methods) by indexes developed by Margerison and the findings were analyzed by statistical procedures such as corelation, 2 sample dependent t test, one way variance analysis, Tukey and Scheffe. The findings of the research showed that the administrators perceived themselves as "powerful" and "social", they wanted to work in "controlled"and "exploratory" situations, they thought that they had technical skills rather than social skills related to the organization of meetings, they had entrepreneurship skills and they were affected by health and motivation factors and their learning methods were experiencing and training. At the end, suggestions for researchers and authorities were submitted.
