dc.description.abstractBakım hizmetleri tıbbi, sosyal ve manevi bakım olmak üzere üç ana kategoride değerlendirilmektedir. Hastanelerde bakım hizmetleri tıbbi ve sosyal bakım ekseninde gerçekleşmektedir. Bu çalışma ihmal edilen manevi bakım hizmetlerinin sağlık hizmetlerinde tamamlayıcı bir unsur olduğu ve bütüncül bakımın önemli bir ayağını oluşturduğu üzerinde yoğunlaşmaktadır. Araştırmada sağlık çalışanlarının manevi bakıma ilişkin düşüncelerini belirlemek ve literatüre katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma Bolu İli Kamu Hastaneleri Birliği Genel Sekreterliği’ne bağlı sağlık tesislerinden İzzet Baysal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ile İzzet Baysal Devlet Hastanesi’ndeki sağlık personellerini kapsamaktadır. Çalışma 2017 yılı şubat-mart ayları arasında gönüllülük esasına dayalı ve tesadüfî örnekleme bağlı olarak, katılımcı 333 sağlık çalışanı ile gerçekleşmiştir. Katılımcıların %20,7’si doktor, %71,5’i hemşire/ebe/ sağlık memuru ve %7,8’i sağlık lisansiyerleridir. Katılımcıların unvan, cinsiyet, manevi bakıma yükledikleri anlam ve holistik bakıma ilişkin düşünceleri ve çalışmış olduğu kuruluş değişkenlerine göre manevi destek algısı düzeylerinde anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Katılımcıların medeni durum, çalıştığı birim, eğitim durumu, yaş ve hizmet süresi değişkenlerine göre manevi destek algı düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır. Katılımcıların dini tutum düzeyleri ile manevi destek algısı düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü (r=0.569, p=0.000) %56,9’luk anlamlı bir korelasyon bulunmuştur. Ankete katılan sağlık çalışanlarının manevi destek algı düzeylerinin yüksek (61.95±10.75) olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractCare services are evaluated in three main categories: medical, social and spiritual care. Care services in hospitals are usually carried out on the axis of medical and social care. This study focuses on the fact that spiritual care services are a complementary element in health services and an important aspect of holistic care. The aim of this research is to determine the thoughts of the health professionals about the spiritual care and contribute to the literature. The research covers the health staff of İzzet Baysal Education and Research Hospital and İzzetBaysal Public Hospital, which are affiliated to the General Secretariat of Bolu Province Public Hospitals Association. The study was conducted between February and March 2017, with volunteer based and random sampling, with 333 health staff participating. According to the titles of the participants 20.7% were physicians, 71.5% were Nurses / Midwives / Health Officers and 7.8% were healthcare graduates. Significant differences were found in the levels of spiritual support perceptions according to the attitudes of the participants in terms of their titles, gender, assigned meanings to the spiritual care, thoughts about holistic care and institution variables. There was no significant relationship between participants' perceptions of spiritual support according to marital status, department, educational status, age and service period. There was a 56.9% significant correlation (r = 0.569, p = 0.000) between the religious attitude levels of the participants and the level of spiritual support perception. The level of perception of spiritual support among health staff participating in the survey was high (61.95 ± 10.75).en_US
