Özet
When all of the childhood malignancies are considered, the cumulative
risk for occurrence of a secondary malignancy is 3% to 12% for 20 years’ followup.1–3 Secondary malignancies include
osteosarcomas, soft tissue sarcomas,
breast and thyroid carcinomas, leukemia,
intracranial neoplasm, melanoma, nonmelanoma skin cancers, carcinoid, and
lymphomas.
