Özet
Bu çalışma ile 2017-2018 yılları arasında Seben (Bolu) yöresinde (Dereboyu, Kızık ve Kozyaka) yetişen armut genotiplerinin meyve ağırlığı (g), meyve eni ve meyve boyu (mm), meyve et sertliği (kg), meyve şekli, meyve kabuk rengi, çekirdek sayısı, suda çözünebilir kuru madde (%) (SÇKM), titre edilebilir asit içeriği (%), meyve et yapısı, aroma, sululuk ve tat gibi bazı pomolojik özelliklerinin tanımlanması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada belirlenen armut genotiplerinde, ortalama meyve ağırlığı 10.33-208.33 g, meyve eni 25.57-69.38 mm, meyve boyu 21.19-83.14 mm, meyve sap kalınlığı 32.19-20 mm, meyve sap uzunluğu 13.38-46.66 mm, kabuk kalınlığı 0.33-0.81 mm, meyve eti sertliği 0.97-7.06 kg suda çözünür kuru madde miktarı %13.28-22.74, pH 3.97-4.65 ve titre edilebilir asit içeriği %1.17-3.69 aralığında belirlenmiştir. İncelenen genotiplerin her birinin kendine has kıymetli özelliklerinin bulunduğu, bu nedenle ileriki ıslah çalışmalarında ve çeşit adayı olarak değerlendirilebileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.
This study aimed to determine phenological, morphological and pomological characteristics of pear genotypes grown in Seben (Bolu) region (Dereboyu, Kızık and Kozyaka) in 2017-2018. In the study were determined pomological characteristics such as fruit weight (g), fruit width and length (mm), fruit flesh hardness (kg), fruit shape, shell color, number of seeds, water soluble dry matter (%), titratable acid content (%), fruit flesh structure, aroma, juiciness and taste. Pear genotypes determined in study, mean fruit weight ranged from 10.33±0.81 to 208.33±11.22 g, fruit width ranged from 25.57±0.56 to 69.38±1.52 mm, fruit length ranged from 21.19±0.53 to 83.14±1.46 mm, fruit stalk thickness ranged from 32.19±0.09 to 20±0.18 mm, fruit stem length ranged from 13.38±0.82 to 46.66±4.24 mm, shell thickness ranged from 0.33±0.03 to 0.81±0.07 mm and fruit flesh hardness ranged from 0.97±0.27 to 7.06±0.32 kg. The amount of water-soluble dry matter was determined as 13.28±0.29-22.74±0.59%, pH 3.97±0.01-4.65±0.05 and titratable acid content was between 1.17±0.10-3.69±0.23%. Investigation found that the genotype of which each has its own valuable properties, therefore, it was concluded can be evaluated in further breeding programs and as candidates of cultivars.
