dc.description.abstractBireylerin akılları ile yarattıkları her hangi bir ekonomik mal üzerine verilen tüm haklar olarak tanımlayabileceğimiz Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları (FHM), teknolojik yeniliği teşvik vasıtasıyla, ekonomik büyümeyi etkileyebilmektedir. Çünkü FMH rejimi; sanayinin yeni iş geliştirme kapasitesinde, rasyonalizasyonunda, teknoloji ediniminde, oluşturulmasında ve ihracatında teşvik edici bir rol oynayarak ülkelerin ekonomik performansı üzerinde pozitif bir etki yaratmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel amacı, Türkiye'de fikri mülkiyet hakları korumasının, teknoloji edinimi, yüksek teknoloji ürünleri ihracatı ve ekonomik büyüme arasında nasıl bir ilişki olduğunu temel ekonomik göstergeler üzerinden ele alıp, rakip olduğu ülkelerle karşılaştırılarak farklı bir bakış açısı ortaya koymaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIntellectual property rights (IPR) are the rights granted on any economic goods, given to persons over the creations of their minds. It can affect economic growth by encouraging technological innovation. Because IPR regime, create a positive impact on the economic performance of the country by play an incentive role in encouraging new business development, rationalization of industry, and inducing technology acquisition, creation and exports. The main purpose of study in this context is to examine how the protection of intellectual property rights in Turkey is related to technology acquisitions, high tech exports and economic growth through basic economic indicators and compare them to the countries where they are competitors.en_US
